Amazing Race
Anyone catch the episode on feb 27? The teams were in Nagano, Japan, and had to solve a Japanese puzzle box for one of their challenges. It was a decent size- about the size of a Revomaze box - and it looked like it required about a dozen moves to open it. Some teams made quick work of it; others were baffled for quite a while. Now I want one.

Haven't watched the show, but puzzle boxes are quite interesting.AndrewParr wrote:Anyone catch the episode on feb 27? A word of note, official Japanese puzzle boxes can range from a few steps to many many steps. Typically you can store stuff in them, but its not a very good safe given that it is made from wood. They are also always on the expensive side. If you do decide to get a puzzle box, make sure you buy an authentic one, because knock offs are known to have poor movement making the solving near impossible.
