My awesome fiancée managed to swing that as they've NEVER done it before No one had even asked to do it, so it ended up in a top level director meeting to allow it as a one off
You won't believe how much it costs to put something in the programme
I got to see an awesome weekend of practice, qualifying and racing and then after all that my other half gets a phone call from the guy she's been dealing with, and we're told to go jump on a VIP bus and to tell the driver to get us to the paddock. So the two of us had a whole bus to ourselves
When we got to the paddock we were met by Alex who'd arranged everything and he handed us a couple of paddock passes so we got to wander around the paddock while they were packing the bikes away
Didn't manage to see any riders as they were all holed up in their trailers, but I did see Jerry Burgess, while we were getting in the way of their support crew
I've had the most awesome weekend and something that I'll never forget
