it'll take time, but i can probably do you one better. i have a buddy that owns a toy studio here in OC who i can have print it out for you. how big do you want it? i'll grab a quote, its gotta be cheaper than shapeways. also, i have another buddy in england that does all my CG/3D/papercraft work.
