Stafford appears to be located in the postal 'Black Triangle'. Either that or there is some sort of negative time dilation at work! What sort of evil is at work in Staffordshire... does anyone know?

I wish this was a story that was new to me, but with the amount of issues I have had with UPS and Canada Post with similar behaviour.. nothing surprises me anymore. It is a shame.
