Looks like he came in 10th, which is all of 8 seconds behind 1st. Seems he got stuck in the 7th-15th place wolfpack.

Nah, they were the positions we qualified for the event.

I was 2 tiny mistakes (which equalled big penalties) off making the top 4 drag races for the car.

Still had a superb day though. Thrashing a half million dollar supercar around the race track, lunch with David Coulthard, race laps of the track with Bernd Schneider, an absolutely SUPERB day!!!!!
