I did say that. I wasn't making fun of you. A friend who collects puppets/dolls/etc similar to yours pointed me at dollkind. He said, "This site is awesome, while a bit too girly in place, it has some kickass information that is worth a look in other places."

no worries ,your not the first by a long shot...i am not offended...
my father who helped me create the solid brass inner workings of the dummies head referred to him as "my doll".....
after all the garbage i have spouted off online i have no room to be offended by comments on a "questionable" post. I am 38 yrs old and i play with dolls...i should expect to be riddiculed.
my step brothers created a fear of dolls in me at a young age.
and my hobby of collecting "the things that scare me the most" is an unusual hobby to say the least....
i totally except your unneccesary appoligy...
and i am in turn sorry for posting what i consider to be probably the most upsetting thing i know of online(autopsybabies)
next to that new rambo movie ,depicting a child being bayonetted,that website is beyond beyond.
we are all friends here and i can take some ribbing from my friends.
i might play with dolls ,but at least i am not from minnesota...where the men are men and the women are sheep.... (looks at CDR)...
in conclusion..i know i am the lost member of the Addams Family...i expected it.
(weird how my stepdad called me "Pugsly" my whole adolescence)
