For what it's worth, I'm working on #00123. Ordered and received in late 2013. Can anyone confirm if there are only 250 orange revos? And I guess they don't sell them in order of serial #?

P.s. orange is a b*****d!!!!!!!

AFAIK, the orange is limited to 250 puzzles. Chris allowed customers that already had multiple revomazes with the same serial number to request a specific number. It wasn't long before people claimed certain numbers as their own. For example, I try to get # 177 if possible. Some people even request numbers outside the 1 - 250 range. I'm sure this became a bigger hassle than Chris ever expected. As a result the numbering system for the R2 series is more predictable. He doesn't allow numbers outside the range, the # has to be selected before the first puzzle is delivered. So I picked # 77 instead of # 177. I believe the option of choosing a number has past. After the preorders, future puzzles will not come with serial numbers. Since the numbers are fixed, it should be easier for Chris and Sophie to deal with there serial number issues.

Nothing is as easy or simple as it looks around here. :D

Hi pcad,

Thanks for the info. I think it's great how Chris was so accommodating. If its not too late, I'd like to claim the bat symbol as my custom serial number. :)
