Just tried to bid on the red revomaze on e-bay and it would'nt let me
A red box(appropriate)
popped up and said that the seller would not
ship to the United States
On previous posts, it was said that it would
be shipped anywhere

Odd, worked for me. Maybe I have an international account
... no idea.
Contact Chris and ask him to fix it.

The first few times it did work for me,
however right now it would'nt accept
my bid. I did send an email to Chris.

I can assure you that I'm not about to spend another $700+ for another 1.5 RedX's. One $250 RedX is quite enough thanks.
What good would knowing an eBay ID be anyway. All the bidders ID's are coded and I don't think the code has anything to do with the user ID.
