I just noticed an error in the build instructions for My mapper. The orientation of the map holder was reversed. With the puzzle in the solved position, the pen would be on the opposite side of the gap in the paper. See step 6 in the instructions for setting the correct orientation. Oops! :?

The files for your mapper show 4 items. However, the unit you show only has three. What is that 4th piece for? (The one shaped like home plate in baseball. :D )

The small piece is a test piece to see if your pen will fit without having to print the fill size part. You can make adjustments to the test piece until you get the fit you want, then modify the full size model to match your changes to the test piece. I suppose it's not really necessary, but it's there if someone finds it useful. It's referenced in step 1 of the assembly instructions on the design page.

There's not much to read. It's mostly pictures, but there are some tips that you might find helpful.

@ReallyBigTeeth: Thanks for the Mapper.
I got my Bronze second hand, stuck in the Pool...

After I printed your Mapper, it took me less than an hour to find out of it :D

I'm glad it was helpful. I don't have a bronze yet (waiting for my order), so I don't know what the dynamic elements are, but something I realized when working on the gunmetal is that the map is mirrored left to right and up and down in relation to the actual maze. It can make it difficult to anticipate how certain dynamic elements behave. I'll design a new mapper that fixes the pen to the puzzle's sleeve, and the map to the puzzle's core, and post it here when I've tested it. I'm currently adding a 4th axis to my cnc machine to try my hand at making custom Revomaze cores, so I'm not sure when I'll get to the mapper. I'd like to get the mapper done before the new mazes are shipped.

Well the mapper def. helps when it comes to bridges.
I can easily guide the pin through the already discovered maze with the mapper attached.
