Wow, a lot of news all at once, check the website!.
 A collectors edition of all puzzles in a good looking carrying case.
 All blue, green, and bronze competition places now filled.
 Pictures of "special edition" Titanium, Orange, and Red revomazes.
 The design competition (for the orange maze) is coming soon.

It appears the product naming has changed a little :
 "Revomaze Extreme" now to refer to the metal ones.
+ the "original set of 5 metal revomazes" (blue, green, bronze, silver, gold)
+ the "special edition" red, orange(user design), and titanium(not separately sold)-:
+ the "limited edition" black(sold out), yellow, and handmade (formerly known as red).
 "Revomaze obsession is the new name of the plastic ones:
+ Blue, green, black, red.
I understand these are all the same design as their metal counterparts.

so the only way to get the "special edition" new models is to buy the whole set?

Looks to me like the only way to get the TItanium REVOMAZE is to purchase the colUylectors set.

Hmm.. so the Titanium is only available if you buy the entire set, or get the plastic version.

Too bad. I would have happily spent up to 150 pounds to buy a Titanium, but my wife would kill me if I were to purchase yet another set of Revomaze's, especially when the plastics already duplicate much of the metals ... although, I got the plastics to share, which is a blast. :)

Bummer. :( I really do prefer the feel of the metal mazes over the plastics. And being able to look at the handiwork when done. Honestly, the contest means little enough to me, that if I had known Chris was going to do this, then I probably would not have purchased beyond the Bronze and Silver, and instead waited for the set to come out.

-- On the other hand, I totally can't wait for the design competition. I wonder how he is going to want us to submit designs...

I think if I were to get the collectors set I would have to ask that all the mazes be assembled...especially Titanium and that the maps/info be in a sealed envelope...

My wife would have a bird too, nevertheless...we'll have to see

I think if you are willing to buy the collectors set, simply solve the TiO first, then buy/open the collectors box. That way you havent lost out on anything.

I figure most of us are going to have to submit maps. I mean most of us make maps which is really just reverse engineering right? so take that and go forward for once. although if you have a CAD program, i think you have a huge head start.

IDK, but maybe as a suggestion that one could make a Happy Fathers day wrap to give as a gift. One of many personal gift options...
