you may need to order new pins from Cornett I have been meaning to do this also. but they only help if you have/can open it. you may have worn a ridge on the pin that prevents the pin from being depressed if side pressure is applied at the same time as the inital pressure applied when starting the maze.
instpect your pins for a grove midwayish up. if you see them try flipping the pins over and see if that helps, you need new pins if it does email cornett.

Re: Revomaze Blue "sticks"
SO I got mine free and opend it, cleaned, and put it back together. Now I just have some sticking as I try to rotate the pin in the main track before entering the puzzle. It's almost as if there is a bend in the track that I have to push past to get into the maze. Once I'm in the maze it's smooth though, going to order some new pins and hopefully that fix it.

Re: Revomaze Blue "sticks"
The same thing is happening to my new Red RevoExtreme. No wear and tear yet. Just received it in the mail yesterday, and I am unable to enter the maze, just able to twist the core about 80 percent of the way. I left it in the freezer overnight, but nothing happened; did not do anything. Hopefully it'll let me in soon. Any additional tips would be appreciated.

The entrance to the maze is right before the reset ring drops.

Re: Revomaze Blue "sticks"
Yeah, but the core to my Revo doesn't twist around far enough to make it to the reset ring. I cannot rotate the core fully like the other Revos. Thank you for the tip though.

Re: Revomaze Blue "sticks"
Let me know how it goes... I emailed Chris, hopefully he has a solution. I wanna refrain from sending it back unless absolutely necessary. I'm also afraid that if you do use a pair of pliers, it might bend the pin.

Re: Revomaze Blue "sticks"
From my understanding of the metals used, the pin is the strongest thing in there and isn't going to bend. If anything the softer aluminium of the shaft will give.
Re: Revomaze Blue "sticks"
You could also damage the brass. I have heard of pins bending so it's always a possibility. Check with Chris before you do anything.

Re: Revomaze Blue "sticks"
I wonder if it's a certain batch of puzzles that are getting jammed... "mattangel1" says on your sig that you own the Red00058. I own R00056. I wonder if other buyers around these numbers are having difficulties.

Re: Revomaze Blue "sticks"
R00058 works perfectly apart from a few plating issues. It's my red obsession that's jammed.
