Every time you post that I think of all the time invested in it, not to mention the cost. I keep thinking that in the future one of my nieces will be on the Antique Roadshow with my pelican case full of puzzles and the guy is going to say,"Your uncles puzzle collection is worth $250 thousand dollars." To bad I can't get them to put down their iPhone for more than 2 minutes. I might donate my entire collection to the Museum of Math in Manhattan, New York. If you ever visit New York City it is right behind the Museum of Sex. You can kill two birds with one stone. KIRK

Yes, I bought the regular bookcases with wood shelves but didn't use them. Instead I bought a lot of glass shelves. I used some brackets to attach the unused wood selves to the wall that you see a bit of to the right (which is where more of my puzzles are along with some Lego and other odds and ends).

They do sell extra shelves in matching wood too in the case you don't want to go glass like I did.

I've found the glass shelves and now I just need to pick a book shelf to go with them.

I can't imagine how long it took to organize that collection...

Here is a detailed post that I made a while ago on the Twisty Puzzles Forum with details on my cabinets including some mods that I did to allow for even more extra shelves:

I wish Chris had a few of the 9 Revo cases around. I could fill up two with the extra Revo's in my collection. Maybe he has a few 6 Revo cases around. He still has a couple of CE sets to get out. I have been waiting for my set for a while now. What went in the 9 Revo case? A CE set with 3 spots open for future Revos? KIRK

Nice collection. I think I saw a Pandora box in that photo. Can I ask your opinion on that puzzle? I have considered purchasing it many times but have just never pulled the trigger for whatever reason.
