hey guys,

just thought I'd introduce myself. I'm relatively new to the puzzle world but I'm looking forward to taking a crack at these. From what I'm reading, I think I'll order blue and green to start, then get the bronze and silver puzzles after I've completed those. I've certainly got my work cut out for me. I'm a born and raised Vegas kid so I'll see you guys at the challenge! (and probably fail miserably... )

thanks to the powers that be for supplying thinkgeek.com with these puzzles. they are a very cool site and it should save me a few bucks here in the states!

hey guys,

I placed my order for blue and green last night so hopefully they'll be here next week! I'm a sucker for puzzles so I can't wait to try these out! and kudos to all of you for keeping the site spoiler free!

just out of curiosity, what are some of your other favorite puzzles? I've been cutting my teeth on small Hanayama puzzles, and my neocube has been doing a great job of distracting me at work. haha. but I guess it's time for me to step up to a real piece of engineering!

my brother's got an Isis, and I considered getting that or one of the other Sonicwarp puzzles, but I like how the RM let's you know whether you're making progress or not. Of course I'd like to try them all at some point but I've gotta pace myself!

Good luck with the blue!

Re other puzzles. I have some Hanayama (my favourites are Enigma, Radix & Cast Chain) & Taverne puzzles as well as various cubes, puzzle boxes, and some homemade opening puzzles. I like well made puzzles and the Revomaze certainly fits the bill! Fantastic engineering IMHO. The problem with some puzzles is that they can get stuck at certain points, perhaps never to be done again. With the Revomaze this can't happen, which is wonderful.
I'm looking forward to seeing the plastic version too!

next time I won't be such a cheapskate and get the slowest shipping available. haha oh well, I've got a few games I should work on before the revomaze consumes all my free time.
