Our three-phase electricity supply took Months to organise, including digging our side before the order can be put in for the connection. Next we had to get the permits and then after the cable was laid, having to have the meter and board sorted. Our supply is now much better because of the larger cable. September 28, 2017:
Here is a video of the Emco E25 TCM making the test piece. We set the machine to do a bar change after the first part made, ejecting the end of the bar.
The machine was not optimised as we tested each element at a much slowed down rate (mainly to understand the process. The test has roughing, back cutting, threading, centre drilling, offest drilling, milling, finishing and parting before doing a bar change.
The idea is that the machine can run "Lights-off" in full auto mode. The accuracy of the parts was oustanding after using optical tool setup, I was so pleased when the 17.00mm was exactly 17.00mm on all the parts made.
We found the guard was not tight which was the noise created on the new bar but we could not work out which part as they were all the same. I have a separate video measuring each part.
Please at the test, and the machine has lived up to expectation making all the hard work getting it running worth while. I know this will be a great asset to the company and my ability to make my own puzzle parts in the future. https://sv-se.facebook.com/RevomazePuzz ... 623331317/
