So one of my pins disappeared while resetting the maze I have no idea where it went! Can the pin get stuck in one of those holes?

Yes, into the "sticker" hole

The pin can fall in if the draw bar is not present. The core should slide out freely if this is the case.

Chances are your pin is on the floor somewhere.

It’s our slow season so I don’t think they mind me bringing a puzzle in.

I remember doing it with my Red and it took me ages before the pin came out again.
