Nice pictures but i still think that is no good idea
Be aware that all force between draw and sleeve goes direct to the pin as it is the only thing to connect both

That's true to some extant.

I've tried to minimize this by not holding my keys by the mini. The mini dangles on its own supporting no other weight.

The loop through the core is such that the weight of the sleeve that the pin supports is against the non-maze wall of the start ring. The pin, core and sleeve are unlikely to be damaged in this position.

Lastly, I don't use it while it's clipped to the keys. It takes just a second to unclip it, pop the cap off and withdraw the loop from the core. Then it's ready for solving again and again.

I think the biggest risk with having the mini with me all the time is losing the pin when disassembled.

Got my Mini Revo last week but didn't open the package until yesterday. Here it is together with the rest of my mini EDC (Everyday Carry) items.

I'm not being able to open mine, I have giggle it, knock it (gently), shake it, done this in every angles possible, the pin do not fall in place :(

Is there any trick to it?

Turn the maze so the dot will point down- then tap it gently until it openes.

Thnks for the response, but that's the usual way. Of course I already tried to open it like that and shaked it, but it hasn't opened yet. I have opened other puzzles

maybe you need it to be more accurate? the pin is a lot smaller after all. ;)
and make sure the dots are aligned perfectly 8-)
