Revomaze Cases

So I email Joseph about the new cases and he kindly sent over some pictures that I thought I would share with you all. He also mentioned judging the interest to see if they are worth producing (outside of the collectors edition ones I'm assuming). I figured people could post here there thoughts and interest levels. Personally I think they look great and would buy the larger one that holds 9. Beats the current pyramid stack I have going now.

*** batteries not included !!

They look stunning. I'd purchase a 9 or 2 6-packs.

Those look great. I'd definitely be interested in two of the 6 slot ones...

I think the larger 9 puzzle case could be ideal for the Collector’s Editions for those of us who want them disassembled and intend to keep the cores out of the sleeves (like the original CE case concept). Just design new inserts for 2 sleeves and 2 cores on each row. There should be room to do this.

Where do you display the core in these?

Nice storage cases or gift boxes, but not for display, are they?
You can hardly see the Revo's that way...
I would have cut the foam layer in half horizontally, and stick the top half of the foam layer to the lid!

I asked Joseph about this for those of use who ordered disassembled CEs. He told me that there will be a way to display the cores in the lid. I haven't seen a picture of this and am not sure how it would keep them secure if you close the case and use it for transport.

I still greatly prefer the originally planned case with the cores next to the sleeves and hope that someone comes up with an alternate and/or a way to do so with these cases (like my above mentioned use of the 9 puzzle case for the extra space).

There was some discussion (and ranting) about this in the CE delivery thread: http://www.revomaze.co.uk/phpBB3/viewto ... =90#p37628
