Thanks all,

If you'd like to see it in action, please send me an email with the email you use for you tube, and I'll add you to the private video. (Had a few teething troubles with that, but seems to be ok now). So far I have only the Ridges sleeve videoed but I'll do the fully clear this weekend.

If you'd like to order one, again, send me an email with the following:
Style, number of sleeves, spring required

Cost is $70 for a clear sleeve with spring. $60 for a clear sleeve if you have your own spring. _ postage

All sleeves will be drilled and threaded and come with the screw cap for removal of the spring/pin.

Note: I will only send you the link if you have opened the blue, since it shows the blue core.

The first batch of sleeves went out in the mail today. I hope to try to get a second batch out before the end of the week but no promises.

If anyone is interested, this is what 'production' looks like for the sleeves. The sleeves you can see are pre sanding and polishing ...

I also considered making custom sleeves from wood. And may make a couple for myself. Of course I do have a wooden silver core I made when I was mapping my way through that puzzle so I may just have to put that into the wooden sleeve ...

As far as the frosted look, it could be done, but the inside and ends would still have to be sanded as it's pretty rough the way it is currently. Of course, I could just be working in a freezer ...
