Revomaze contact

I have been trying to get in touch with Revomaze since about two weeks now and I am getting no life signs at all.
I ordered a Revomaze in mid April and when nothing arrived contacted first Nicole, then Chris, and after that did not give results I tried the contact form on the website twice. No reactions or any kind of feedback so far.
I have called them a couple of times as well, left voicemails with phone number and e-mail address, but there is no reply.
Anyone knows what is going on? Should I start to worry?

Have you tried sending a PM to RevoMaster on the forums?

Yes, I actually just did that about half an hour ago, after reading another thread. So, maybe that will generate a response, will keep you posted.

I'm trying to contact them too. Back in 2010 I purchased a gold and the set and I'm wondering where the gold puzzle has got to. I'm still working on the green as I don't get much time to play with them so I'm hoping it's just a delay in shipping.

Dont fret folks. I've been here for years. please know that Chris reads every post, every email, and i'm sure listens to every call. he is again pretty much a one man show. sometimes it gets overwhelming. i suggest sending him a PM then if you don't get a response, an email a couple days late. repeat until he finds time to respond.
Some issues i think he doesn't have answers for, but takes action and forgets to get back. again, please remember that Chris designs, builds, & inspects every part of every puzzle in addition to visiting the machine shop, anodizer, & plater when necessary. and since he's still human he still has his normal obligations. plus i'm still not sure if Chris has a regular job, i just assume he does.
just think about how consuming running Revomaze would be if you worked 40 hours a week...

No, he doesn't. Revomaze is his only job so it's in his interest to respond to customers... particularly as he generally writes on the bottom of his emails that if people have any concerns that they shouldn't hesitate to contact him.
I'll give him a poke.... again....

I have been trying to get a hold of him since March, haven't gotten a response from e-mail, PM, or phone as of yet either. I know he is busy though, as long as the company is still running and at some point everything gets worked out I am happy.
I do miss those once a week updates on the forums though letting everyone know that he is still alive and kind of how things stand in terms of puzzles and the company. Even the last official gold update has been quite a while. If he could find time, I am sure everyone would love a general update, even if it is just to soothe nerves.

Well, he did respond tbh. Said that the Revomaze would be coming shortly and after that...nothing once more. It's been three weeks and not a sign of anything. I am not sure what to think now.
