I would say it will go for a lot more than the RedX/unplatted core went for. It's already too much for me to make a bid on it.

The way I see it, if only one person is willing to pay £1000 for it, it will go for less. If two or more people are willing to pay £1000 for it, it will go for more. In other words, a single unsolicited offer does not necessarily determine market value. In support for Mr. Pitt, I hope he gets a pretty penny for such a special collectors item.
