REVOMAZE User Group

Hello everybody,
I just discovered revomaze and decided to order them. I am eventually going to get all the ones I can but so far I ordered the blue and silver (due to the limited quantity). As I'm waiting for them in the mail, I am reading random posts in order to fill my anxiousness, and have come across some things I don't fully understand.

When I was purchasing them I only saw one blue revomaze so what's the difference between the normal ones and the obsession ones?

What's the difference between v1 and v2 such as silver, as I noticed in one persons post signature?

I think that's all the questions I have, can't wait to get them in the mail.

Obsessions are plastic.

the v1 of silver had a slight design flaw, so Chris (RevoMaster) at his own expense replaced every v1 with a v2... Nice guy... All the new silvers are v2s...

From what I understand of the V1 silver, there was a manufacturer error that made them unsolvable from certain points in the puzzle. V2 corrected that error, and was sent out fairly soon after the original issue was discovered. As far as I know, only one person ever successfully got a V1 silver solved...

Obsessions are available in Blue, Green, and Black puzzles. The stylized "R" is color coded to indicate which it is. They are plastic, weigh about 1/3 the metal puzzle weight and are significantly less expensive.
