REVOMAZE User Group

I'm not sure how many of you have looked at the new web page. of those of you that have, have you noticed the RevoMaze side engraving? I'm attaching a copy here. I really love this. However I am wondering, is this an option? Is it only on the Collectors Edition? If it is avalable on all series I, can those of us get upgrades and if so, what kind of cost are we looking at?

I love it and think it is a great idea. But i cant vote because it says the form is invalid. Been saying that on every poll i try voting on now on the forums.

I also love the Idea and design.

I won't happen. It was only some concept art. Although it's possible to do, it wouldn't be easy, it wouldn't be cost effective and it'd probably end up shredding your hand while you're playing... so it's not really practical either.

We know about the poll problem, nobody can vote in any poll untill some forum stuff is fixed... and although there will be an update soon (maybe along with a new skin or two), it's still about 4/5th on the list of things to do...

ok, thanks for the update Chris. I thought it was just me. Feels good to know its not my computer.

The design looks great, and it could be nice to see it on promotional Revos at events and the like, but when it comes to practicality it's not such a good idea. Like Chris said it would hurt the hands, plus the cost of the engraving/painting would increase the overall price of the Revos.

I like the engraving on the draw, but not on the sleeve. I think an engraving on the sleeve would be cool if it replaced the sticker.

The design was originally an idea I had for a promotional poster which could be used at events. I thought it had the right elements ie, complete series colours, logo, tag line used on boxes and website address.

I really like your work here Mark. as for being impractical for the user, well maybe...

i think the engraving one the right side of the sleeve could rub the hand, but i doubt it would on the left.

I know some people add counter pressure on the left side of the draw, so the 'R' on the right side should be fine.

the only way it would look exactly like the picture is if you solved the puzzle and put the shaft in backwards.

@thayneq: When you say sticker, you mean the Gold Revomaze manner in the center?
