Can a roundhouse kick be engineered into a puzzle?

Re: Wrong Alignment
Hmmm...? Maybe a puzzle could be engineered by a roundhouse kick performed by Chuck on one solid lump of metal that would then re-arrange itself into an impossible revomaze that would kill anyone that touches it...?

Re: Wrong Alignment
I did try hitting it with a rubber mallet but now it's stuck. More specifically I'm stuck at the finished alignment with both dots lined up but now the shaft wont move. I'm pretty sure one of the pins is half way down and stopping me from moving.
I'll keep at it and try the "newton" method but I may have to send it back for repairs.

Re: Wrong Alignment
To be confirmed by someone with more information than myself, but perhaps Newton could use some help. Maybe turn it upside down and heat it with a hair dryer? Perhaps you could expand the casing enough to let the pin drop into the hole? Again, you should probably verify this with someone else.
Re: Wrong Alignment
actually putting it in the freezer might help...
