I have read that many of you guys get prompt answers from the company regarding different issues.
I have sent mails now trying to register my puzzle and tried to ask about buying more puzzles.
I have jet to receive an answer. I sent my mails for a week ago now.
I am starting to doubt the customer service that you all seem to think is great.
I was (still am) thinking about buying the whole set, but it seems nobody works in this firm???
At least nobody reads their mail....
Does any one know why they don´t answer their mail at revomaze?

Your frustration is understandable. Up until a few weeks ago, Chris has been very prompt in responding to anyone that comes with a question (especially a purchase!). However, he had several set backs in a row with the release of the new Silver RevoMaze. There are several threads that talk bout it - but in summary, he found several manufacturing errors with it and has spent the time fixing them. Unfortunately, this has taken a lot of time because he has had to disassemble each puzzle and test each puzzle individually. This may have been fine on some of the previously released puzzles, but with the Silver it takes up to several hours to open each puzzle. So, not only are you frustrated, but he is very frustrated indeed!
The side effect of this is that he has not been responding to his emails as quickly as preferred. He is, after all, mostly a one man shop, and anything that steals a significant portion of his attention for a period of time steals him away from us in other areas of his work.
Rest assured, if he is not dealing with a major release and problems with its manufacture - he is very prompt at responding to all inquiries.
If I were you, I would assume that the first email was possibly lost and would re-send them to him. Go ahead and politely express your frustration at not having received a response, he will likely be very understanding.
I hope that helps with your concerns to some degree.

Woah woah woah!
Chris is VERY busy. There is obviously a problem Chris' end and as we know, that man never stops working. We also know he is a 'one man band' and that it is a hell of a strain - machiners, platers, UPS, packaging, quality control, marketing, emails, phonecalls, gadget show stuff, etc etc etc every day!. And remember, it's not only the ReVoSilver, fresh customers are buying the blue the green the bronze... which all have to be checked, put together, sent - then what if they have problems and start emailing away... Remember, all on one man's shoulders. (give me a job Chris)
