Obsession Packaging

Has anyone else received their Obsessions in a wide variety of packaging? I have purchased 3 puzzles (Blue in June, Green in August and Black in September) and each one has come in a different retail package. The Blue came in a nifty box with a foam insert. The Green came in a cool yellow zip pouch. The Black came in a non-reusable, heat-sealed plastic bag like a chunk of frozen fish. The move from the box to the zip bag made perfect sense, given the lower price point, but the last iteration seems to go too far. I guess I was just curious if anyone had any insight into the evolution of the Obsession packaging.

Where are you ordering from Saber? Direct from Chris?

I think it is good feedback to tell him your opinion of the various forms of packaging. I am not sure why it keeps changing.

The first two (Blue and Green) were from Grand Illusions and the Black I ordered directly from the Revomaze site.

I ordered the Obsession Set of four.
I got it in a big but bump safe envelope, there inside they all where protected (?) by being inside thin plastic.

But I don't complain since they arrived after less than 2 weeks.
Thought it would take longer since they have so much to do right now.

My Obsession set also came in a bubble mailer with the heat sealed bags. I wonder if it is due to a lower amount of stock on the Obsessions.

Also I have noticed the Obsession set is GONE from the website. Whew I am glad I ordered when I did so I could get my Red.

Does it say " version 2" somewhere?
Or is that just the shrink-wrap packaging which is described in posts above?

Edit: discussion on potential obsession V2 is here
