After only 2 I'd have long been banned There is so much going on with Chris and the Revomaze, I would guess he's swamped and hasn't been able to get to all the emails. PM's would be even worse. Not that he wouldn't love to be on here all the time reading the posts and all, but I would guess that's not in the cards. For me shipping to the US is always and adventure, so I don't worry to much when things run longer than expected. If it does go another week or so and you get concerned after all there's always a chance there really is a problem, you can always given them a call. The number is listed in the Contact page.

i just got a pm from chris..i asked the same thing about unreturned messages he is super swamped right now...filling some big orders.
i was told he is bringing some new people on to help with the work load at Revomaze...we should be getting one of those "pretty customer service ladies" soon ,and i believe his son is coming on as well!.
if you havent gotten a returned pm its not disinterest,it's the heavy work load...be patient...your in good hands here!

I would estimate about 2 weeks. Some things I've ordered from random UK shops have taken up to 3 weeks, but 2 is about average for me on the East coast.

I ordered a full set of four revomaze extremes and it took
a full month to receive them in the state of Iowa, USA.
