Wait a minute, you did not tel us if they were released or shot...
IF the smart guy saw a blue and a green dot, then the 'green dotted mate' raised his hands because he saw a green dot on the smart guys head.
IF the smart guy saw two green dots, it gets more complex:
He should first assume that at least one of his mates is as smart as he would have been in the above case (valid assumption, since they are all intelligent)...
After a while he concludes none of his mates spoke up, so none of them saw a green and a blue dot ...
That implies both of his mates saw two green dots as well, so they all have green dots.
(or he is smarter than both of his mates, and they all get shot)
Do I now win a green dot?

04 - 01 = 05
19 - 11 = 10
44 - 15 = ??
