I hear ya! Beating the crap out of something relieves A LOT of tention. Do the Tootsie pop test (does the UK have Tootsie pops?). Go buy a blue and hammer out the core. Then let us know how many hits it takes to get the shaft out.

Just need to show them who's boss. I find whispering sincere threats to them on the shelf when the light's off helps them know their place....
