Weren't some ment to be shipped before Xmas?

None have shipped yet. Yes, some were supposed to have shipped before Christmas. However, due to Chris being let down with one of the manufacturing process which also affected some of the other colours, some material problems, and getting swamped with orders just before Christmas they were delayed I believe there should be more news about progress in the near future.

I also felt the post-Christmas shock when I ordered my puzzle right after the new year. Hadn't gotten a shipping confirmation in a few days, so I emailed the support email. Within 30 minutes I had gotten a personal message from Chris, explaining how busy they've been (totally understandable) and that my precious bronze was being shipped tomorrow morning. Once again, I am outstanded by the amazing customer service.

That's amazing! I ordered on December 16. Have since sent 2 emails and a PM and have yet to hear from anyone. While waiting I also ordered two Obsessions. Not sure if I'm patient and trusting or just stupid at this point.

I tried that email a few days earlier and had no reply. I figured I sent it to the wrong one and tried the support one leading to the message from Chris. Guess I messed up on that and yes, eventually your patience will pay off
