That doesn't sound right. I'd contact Chris directly with any concerns if I were you. :?

i'll wait till the Gold comes out, he's plenty busy right now without having to deal with my issues ;)

the paint from the inside of the revo is comming off due to the pin holding the draw inside the core.... This was talked about with chris before. It has happened to many puzzles not just yours :roll:

The inside always wears away, you ar spinning abrasive metal against it repetitively for hours on end, of course it will wear off.

The scratching is usually caused by one of two things: either rough corners on the maze, or incorrect re-assembly if you have two pins of different length (not all mazes have different length pins).

Either issues is fixable such that further scratching doesn't occur but there is no way to "re-paint" the sleeve as they are anodised (as others have said).

FWIW, I have 4 mazes with scratches inside the sleeve... but it doesn't bother me.

Now that we are talking about new boxes anyway, noticing that people recently reported their revo's arriving, I wonder what type of box they are arriving in these days...
