Hi!

The sleeve is V1 and V3 for the Salmon, the sleeve hasn't had any changes at all, whether we will change the sleeve in the future we don't know at this moment in time. We are aware that many people like the current V1 sleeve and would not like to see any major changes be made, this is why we will not make any drastic changes to the current sleeve. As you can see from the photo of the Salmon the sleeve will match the rest of your Revomaze collection. :)

The V3 will be tested here at Revomaze and we will be sending out the first V3 to Shane.

In the V3 the draw bar is non-removable and the nice thing about the V3 is that it will still look the same as the originals when it has been assembled just like on the picture of the Salmon. We have blurred the maze on the V3 photo as it is one of our mazes *shown as example*

I will be posting a picture of the V3 with a blue maze very soon once we've completed it so you have a better idea of how the V3 works and looks.

Will there be a good deal on pre-orders of Grey and Turquoise like there was for Mint and Salmon?

Hi everyone, rest assured we are working on historical orders and we have produced a plan of what will be produced and released. We want to make sure that we get everything right before releasing them. We also want to bring out new puzzles to you for the Christmas period which will be Turquoise and Grey.

It is a journey for both Chris and Josh who are still learning on the machine (to learn sinumerik takes over 3 years using simulators and constant tuition) there have been obstacles with the machine but there have also been successes that we are now starting to get to grips with how the process work. We know that the machine is capable of wonderful things like producing new puzzles.

With regards to the Salmon, we have received really good feedback so far and we are now just waiting on the Salmon to reach Shane in Canada, once the Salmon gets to Shane we will have two testers who will be able to give us feedback on both the operation and quality of the puzzle.

I will be posting a video of the making of the sleeve for the Revomaze Mini, it is really fascinating to watch!

Amelia starts on the 16th September so we will look forward to her to get in touch with everybody.

All great news. Thanks. Since you will be posting a video of the "making of the sleeve for the Revomaze Mini", does that mean they are in production like this update from July 30th (page four of this thread, in fact) said:

"We are ready to finally ship the V1 Salmon (once independent testing takes place), Lime, HM Black Merc and Mini’s will be run in August before all attention will switch to our R2 Solar Puzzles in September." (emphasis mine)

I am asking because it's been over two months since you announced the Mini's and I ordered the same day. 'Cuz they showed as "In Stock", don't ya know. My order has been "Processing" for some time now, and still shows that status today, almost the last working day of August...

SO, my question is, how close are the Mini's to actually being sent to all of us?

Thank you for your efforts. We can all see that you are trying to improve things.

-Mark

Hi Mark, we can confirm that the Mini's are in production and we are progressing extremely well with them. :) we will back on here tomorrow with a detailed update on the Revo Mini's. We will post tomorrow afternoon a video of the mini sleeves being run off on the machine as well as some pictures.
