Here is a comparison of V1 and V3.

We have currently 200 maze bodies and caps at HQ, the certificate which will be slightly smaller will be wrapped around the main body. This has removed the need for a separate drawbar. V3 is stronger and smoother and can be machined to extremely close tolerances and repeatability.

The colour swatches from our anodizers show that we have used practically all of their range of colours. Note that the two new puzzles (Turquoise) are at the top and Grey is at the bottom third from the end.

Just would like a little clarification -

Are the salmon pre-orders locked in as being V1 models, or can we opt to have a V3 model instead (possibly even with an extended wait time)?

When you say that they're "ready to be shipped" it sounds like all the puzzles are actually complete and just need a bit of focus-testing to make sure they're 100% okay, but I would think that the testing would come before running 200 copies of a production model, so I'm not sure I'm understanding properly.

Regardless, thanks for the update, the V3 model looks great!

Edit: also I just realized, 39 parts??? That's gonna be terrifying to try to put back together! I hope you include some assembly instructions with the certificate/a link to the online forum with assembly instructions there!
