Hi everyone, thank you all for your supportive messages. We have received some positive news today -the good news is that Chris has now returned home, we have spoken to him today on the phone and he is slowly starting to feel better. It's really important he continues resting and taking care of himself. It may take up to 1 - 2 weeks to get fully better and able to start working as normal again.
Our teams aim is to start working again and get back on to our schedule as soon as possible. At this moment in time we have to prioritise everybody's health and safety, the team will continue to work from home for the time being however we will keep in contact with you all as much as possible. Unfortunately our supplier chain has been greatly effected due to the current situation, despite this once Chris is well enough to get back to work we will do everything we can to get pre-orders delivered.
We would love to be able to give out a date of when we will be able to ship pre-orders, however because our supplier chain has been greatly effected this is likely to be longer than we originally planned. As always, we will keep in touch with everyone with updates.
We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone for being incredibly understanding and patient in this difficult time. We hope everybody keeps well and looks after themselves as best as they can.
With relation to the R2's, we can assure you that the R2's have been on our schedule for a long time and we are still aiming to continue working on them and shipping these out in 2020. Due to the current circumstances, this is likely to be delayed however as always we will continue working as best as we can to meet our targets.
