I've already mailed Anne .. about 2 weeks ago.
I got a log number 2 days after... but still no update on my call after 10 days.

Somehow I get more frustrated, for me the silver leaderboard is not fair (4 opened already, while at least 60% are still waiting for their silver), the product (I love the other color revo's) is faulty and the customer care is chaotic (it's more difficult to ask where the maze is, than actually opening it).

Hey there BadNews ... making the silver leader board would be cool but in the grand scheme of things the gold board is the prize....years from now there willl be an asterisk on the silver board so don't sweat it.

I spent my wait time really learning my v1. It has paid off big time as I found much of pre-swamp is helpful in understanding the end half.

Cheers

I wouldn't sweat the leader board you will see it will clear up and slots will come available after they close out. By that I mean people lives/wives/real world stuff will prevent them from attending.

Adam

P.S. I am going for the longest with a revo on order sans revo!!!!!!!

Hiya MJShasko,

Exploring the V1 is really fun.. untill you are in the swamp, no way out, I'm starting to get nightmares about where the exit should/could be when exploring the swamp.
After a few hours (knowing you can't get out) you've seen enough of the swamp. It's on my desk (next to me) at work.. and I keep picking it up, hoping I might just find something new.
I started practicing again on the bronze, just to feel the edges, opening it in about 48 seconds, because I know everything in the maze.
Silver is the next goal, after that, going for gold..

bad news BadNews ... I don't think/feel the issue with the v1 was/is completely swamp related ... my v1 makes it past the swamp (albeit inconsistently). My v1 has issues near the end compared to v2 that v2 definitely fixes.

I wouldn't give up on your v1 just yet ... v2 may not solve your swampedness.

-Mike

ps - I'm not allowed to bring my revos to work any more ... and my wife won't let me work on them if the kids need tending ... so I'm now a closet revomazer restricted to the 10pm to 6am timeframe.

I have revomazes at my home, in my car and at the office.
I don't want to get caught somewhere with spare time when
I can be playing with my revomazes! LOL :-)

i now know why chevelle is not officially the first to open the silver revomaze.
his puzzle did not break.
his puzzle has been replaced.
The revomaze company does not want to continue discussing this matter.
I am sure if chevelle has indeed recieved his replacement and whatever else came(i know)...then he has nothing but great things to say about the company...and is thankfull....right chevelle?
lets please not bring this up again.i know i cant stop you all from continueing this conversation ,but i am asking as a friend.
Good luck opening your V2 chevelle.....it shouldnt be too hard since you have already seen the core.....
best of luck to you all on your V2's..... :D
