Have you got access to the Bronze Owner/Registered forum? You'll probably find a lot of inspiration there. You can request access via your profile, or ask to be added - someone will action it for you I'm sure.

Bronze as your first revomaze is totally possible. Started with bronze myself, as did many others. I suppose it helps if you know how a revomaze works, in general terms (traps, bridges, wall hugging, mapping, measuring, etc). But these can all be learnt with bronze if you approach it correctly.

I suggest you don't give up on mapping, without it you will be making life much harder for yourself. You need to be measuring, not guessing. Otherwise relative positions of things, and their position in the overall maze will be out. (Ruler, and some way of measuring rotation, as homework52 eluded to)

The pool is an important feature, but it isn't the hole puzzle. Try not to get tunnel vision. Make a map, make it as accurate as you can. Only discount a possibility when you have proven it to be false (even if it seems ridiculous). Disprove the simplest explanations first.

Also remember that plenty of people with revo experienced spent a lot of time swimming, so don't feel too bad about it :)

You will get up again. This is a part of the puzzle experience to get up again :) But if you really cannot get up and need a hint, I can always help. You can always send me PM for help/hint with any Revomaze puzzle.

Hint: Mapping the pool will help!

If you use ReallyBigTeeth's mapper it will help you find the exit a little easier, but its still quite the challenge...

I have been on the Bronze for 2 hours now. I am loving this thing :P

Not just because its the start of a 'new' one, but mainly because I have been around some of the paths, quite a lot more traps & the pool.... the lovely pool :!:

Fell in first time head first, but did not drown. Bombed in second time & now willingly exploring the cave pool......By the way what is going on with this thing :o

I have some suspicions but can't confirm them, my map is basic, the annotations seem more important, i am noticing things that probably are important :|

This things starts with a bang alright...bring it on

Seems you'll fit right in, though I'm new so yea.
You are quite right though, it starts with a bang and doesn't let up.
Being my first I was quite impressed by its pace and a little daunted (just a little)
Stick with it and as someone somewhere here once probably already said leave no place unexplored and follow your instincts

Black extreme (not merc), Red (extreme), Ruby, Peach

The only way it seems, leave no stone unturned

Repetition & repeat, then explore & repeat to ensure you were sure. This in turn only makes the puzzle feel too entombed to lead anywhere, and at times even futile. Then it suddenly lets up a little, but only a little. Each new possibility makes for a reassessment of what can be done, and then back to repetition & repeat & confirm suspicions.

Maybe I don't have enough tricks out the hat yet, but I feel I am edging slowly towards a revelation, I know another nightmare awaits beyond this struggle, but its progress.
