I got an email from chris after having a problem with my bronze, it says:

"Here is something I would like you to do. If the shaft is in the start
reset line, move to near the point where it stops.

Now, holding the puzzle like a hammer, the dot on the sleeve facing away
from the floor, firmly tap on thick carpet or wood a few times and then try
to twist the maze to the ramp."

My bronze seemed to be jammed in its reset position, it won’t make a full revolution. I would love to hear some ideas.

I fixed it with applying more force. I was a bit uncomfortable, afraid I would brick the puzzle, but all good!
