Lite Gold and Lite Purple doesn't have "static" in their description and both have a higher price tag (+£10) so do you think this will be a dynamic puzzle?

Due to the price tag I think it will be dynamic in some way but nothing crazy due to it only costs £10 more.

Yes thats what I thought.

I've signed up to the Black prototype, but I also saw that the hardest two mazes weren't labeled as static.

Guess we will find out in a few years time

This has now been confirmed to be a static maze.
