Trust me - Chris does the best he can with tools he's given. You have to bear in mind - if your puzzle is ever late, it's going to be the couriers that are at blame!!

Back to the point... Can't wait to hear people's reactions on ReVoGreen. Chris does turn it up a notch!! Best of luck to you all! :D :D

What is harder, waiting for your new ReVoMaze to arrive in the mail, or waiting for ev everyone elses so that you can share the experience?

Well - being on the 'other side' of this quest and working with Chris, I've already got my ReVoGreen! Ooops, sorry! AND I kinda know what's in the pipeline! :D :D I'm a biatch aren't I???

So, I guess the worst thing is waiting for everyone else!

Oh and by the way. I'm known as ReVoMate or Pete, so refrain from calling me 'Shaka'

Thanks much!

I'll make this clear.

You have to options:

1. Call me 'ReVoMate'

2. Call me 'Pete'

That is all.

Although CR80 can call me what he wants.

ANYWAY - lets get back on topic!

I’m starting to suspect that the 4 to 5 day shipping time that Royal Mail quoted to Chris for shipping to the US is just for shipping to customs in the US and not to individual addresses. The puzzles have to get to US customs (probably on the US east coast, New York is most likely) which seems to take that 4 to 5 days, they have to clear customs which could take an additional day, and then they have to be shipped within the US using the US Postal Service which could take an additional 1 to 5 days (if not more) depending on how far they have to go. Even though this method is slow it’s still rather expensive. I wonder how much more it would cost to use alternate shipping methods such as UPS, Fedex, DHL, or EMS.

yeah they get stuck at Jamaica,NY at the processing facility...heard some horrible things about that place....i am sure Chris can offer shipping via those mentioned carriers on an individual basis ,but i know for a fact ups is about 40-50% more ground and goes way up for 3 day.....i hate the USPS ,but would go broke using UPS or FedEx for my outgoing ebay shipments.
i had my ramisis delivered ups and it was in much better shape when it arrived...no hole in the top of my display box...but i had to paypal AR $25 more..and he said he took a loss..they said $25 because i was pressuring them and later they found it was a couple dollars more.so i paid right around 75 dollars in shipping to use UPS for my Ramisis...just aheads up,i am quite sure Stet is up to date on shipping costs and procedures this is for everyone else....stet has puzzles from around the world....

Chris sent me a package last tuesday, the USPS said it was sent on thursday...and now as i suspected this is the facility at Jamaica,NY
