No. The original black maze was designed by the first engineering firm and the V2 was designed by the current engineering firm.

I just think I need to improve my skills before this black v2 will open for me. I know how to get past the first bit but I just can't do it :P

(Thinking of getting a blue, so I can home my skills for the black V2)

Sat down with my v2 this afternoon and soon realised my map needed to be spot on on this one. So after scraping the first one and using callipers with the second I cracked it in about 2.5 hours! Horrible ending to it. Don't know whether to blame Chris or the engineers on that one!

Don't like being able to remove the cert before you solve it and also don't know why we're still putting certs in there!

Good luck to all of you on this one and I can now look in the open area at any maps that may be placed in there. :D

I got my v2 open today as well , I received the maze on Saturday and after 10 minutes I realised it wasn't going to be as easy as I first thought. I have only been able to do short 30 minute stints on it of which most was spent at the end of the maze but finally after 5 hours in total it was open :D
Got to hand it to Chris another great design and a welcome addition to the revomaze family.

I was hopig this would not be the case. How were you getting a pin point map in the end then? I have a pair of callipers so should be able to do the same method :3

But how do you measure it? Set a point on the maze to begin from etc?
