What is it about the Indigo?

Post by Luke1705 »

Hey all,

Just ordered a few Revomazes (green, bronze and salmon) to get started and save a little money in the process.

Thinking already about what my next one will be (already in love) and I'm gravitating towards the indigo. I've heard a lot of good things about it, but what is it exactly that makes this one stand out? Are there any others that I should be considering (as a next purchase, as I'll likely get most of them eventually)?

Yes this is a superb puzzle!

Each individual section is very recognisable and the whole maze works very well. It's up there with my favourites

Hey Luke,

Are these three your first Revomazes?
Or any mazes opened right now?

I started today with the Indigo and I guess its a great choice. All Indigo owner in the forum recommend this piece :)

My history is like:

- Blue -> open after 3 days, great maze and its fun to re-open again and again 8-)
- Green -> open after 5 days, nice confusing maze with new tricks compared to blue, dextrity required
- Bronze -> open after 27 days, wow this thing is so evil  and so beautiful and very tricky, a lot of nice different parts, a lot of thinking, dextrity and trial and error required. Ok I have to mention that I don't map, except in my mind.

So I guess you will have a lot of fun with Indigo. 8-)

Yeah they are. Working on the green sporadically but I'm also trying to only map mentally (for the green only - I have no delusions that this will work for the other puzzles). Also it's a really busy time of year for me so I haven't been able to truly sit down and give the puzzles a go yet. Am very excited to see how they unfold though.

Based on this thread and a few PM's I have ordered Indigo. My foundation series are all open. The Bronze rush (still a buzz from doing it) has meant no new adventure now & it feels odd.......Damn these things are addictive :!:

I may need CBT soon

True plenty of that, I did not realise what I was getting into.

Even medication can't help us now :D
