Not at all!!! As long as that's the only thing you're staring at out the window .... :? ;)
Well, my creepiness paid off....the postman left my package in his truck!
All is well though...he promptly got it for me and now it's finally home! :D

Now i can get some work done around the house so i can play later!
Success lol
It would be acceptable if you're a cat too.

Inspecting the packaging, I notice a dent on the side of the box right where the shaft sits, so I'm betting it took a blow on the corner during shipping. Why wouldn't they design the packaging to protect bumps along the direction of the shaft?! There is padding above and below, but that's not the critical place you need padding.

*off my soapbox*

Looking at your sig, it seems you have a knack for broken puzzles.

If you're in the entrance loop, and you think it's stuck and broken, try to slowly move back and forth to break it in a little. In the since that you should try to go around in loops in both directions.

The shaft doesn't move at all. It feels like it's literally welded to the sleeve. I confirmed with Chris that it is most likely damaged with a bent pin due to shipping and handling.

=(
Such a shame. So much for "handling" cost we have to pay. You should talk to the carrier about it.

To be frank, I don't think the carrier will be able to do much about it. I think the packaging design could use more padding to protect the shaft itself. The current box, if hit directly on either corner would transfer shock directly into the shaft. I speculate that's what happened to mine.

I'm sure Chris has put a lot of thought into packaging these delicate creatures. The current box is way better than the older version!

Mike, maybe our coppers are hanging out together at customs. Mine checked in Thursday morning. I hope it heads to London tomorrow!

My tracking finally went live today. It looks like it made it to my state and is on its way to my local post office. I expect that I'll get that phone call from my wife later this afternoon :)

The tracking on mine is showing "Delivered"! I haven't received a call about it from my wife (yet) so maybe it was just left in the mailbox and I'll be able to bring it in without her noticing it :)
