Stuck, I think it might be broken

HI, I was given a used revomaze gunmetal which was already stuck in a place where it is impossible to reset. I have been trying to reset it for a few days but it seems impossible. I was wondering if somebody could look at the pseudo map I have for this area and tell me if it's normal. There is no click or ramp anywhere just walls. I solved the blue and the bronze so I have an idea how these works but I'm really confused about this one.
