Just got an email, looks like production is beginning!

I was just thinking "It's been a bit of time since we've had new news on the R2 series."

I received the email too. Do I want 1? Seriously? Yes!! Of course!

Now we just need Series 2 forums, otherwise this thread will become a monster.

Keep posting here for now. I'll set up a Series 2 area tonight and look at whether things need further re-arranging later on.

I'm excited that it looks like these are coming soon and of course I responded that yes, I am interested in getting one.

But I really wish that they would completely satisfy their previous commitments first. Many (most?) of the CE sets have not been sent out yet and a lot of people pre-paid for the keychain/mini Revomazes with no word on when they will ship.

I really hope this doesn’t turn into yet another instance of us paying now for something that ends up not shipping for months due to various delays and issues.

I got an email too.. this week is turning out to be rather good.. football trip to Minehead and the R2.. sweet. Thankfully I've been working hard so some funds are available I'm like a kid in a sweet shop... now all I need are some aniseed balls.

I understand the idea of wanting Product 1 before pre-ordering Product 2. But this time there has only been a Voyager payment processed, not the actual puzzle. I think this is a step in the right direction according to many of the complaints I've read. They didn't ask us to pre-pay for the Mercury, it appears as if they are actually planning to create stock before they're up for sale.
