Mercury Registered is up and running. I do not know if everyone was given access or just the people who have ordered it.

Hi Everyone,

I have just started work and found the below message on my desk to be posted to you all. Chris is not in work this morning as he has had to visit with the Engineers over a separate issue. I do expect him back later this afternoon, around 4.30pm, and any (technical) questions you may have I shall be able to put to him then as i'm afraid I wouldn't be able to do them justice

Dear All,

The R2’s going to the rest of the world earlier this week were ready and packed. Michael managed to open our test production puzzle – but mentioned that the bar was slightly short allowing some slight movement in the end reset. This was unforeseen and I had to check the ROW puzzles packed up and found they too had this.

The UK ones are not affected as these had slightly longer bars (I did the ROW first).

So, the question I have is - Do I send these with issue 1 bars or replace them with the issue 2 replacement bar?

The operation remains the same and you cannot cheat or damage it but it does twist slightly at the end which it should not do.

While we are excited these are soon to reach individuals, I would still like to ensure these are fully functional so you get the best possible experience from them. Finding this minor issue now is very disappointing (the bars have proved difficult and I had spent a lot of time on them) I am however confident I can resolve it before sending them out.

Another point to make is that very slight roughness is initially present in places, but like all revo’s they become smoother and smoother and our test one is becoming hard to put down.

The UK puzzles will follow the ROW puzzles and the issue 2 replacement bars will be worked on over the weekend. If, however there are any ROW customers who wish to have their puzzles sent ASAP (and with the defect bar) please contact Sophie and she can arrange a new bar to be sent on later.

Kind Regards,

Chris

I'm patient and can wait for the corrected bar.
