I read, but they just referenced ROW and UK, not defining whether they were talking about the initial set (I don't know how far they are with the puzzles that aren't in the first 20)

I figured as much but without specifically calling it out, all I have to go by is a tracking # that doesn't work... which isn't unusual to me.

I have no problem waiting for my R2 Mercury
to have the drawbar replaced with the longer
one. I would prefer waiting another week or
two and have a quality finished product, than
deal with replacing the drawbar in the future.
But then, I do have a life outside of puzzling!

Eh I'm in the group that is okay with waiting for one they're comfortable with rather than one that wiggles. Since it's not already shipped, I'll be accepting of mine being withheld in lieu of someone who has a party or gathering to go to getting theirs on time.

Kinda makes this whole first 20 thing, and pre-selling first 20's to others ahead of time kinda crappier, but oh well, Hopefully this will pave the way for smoother future releases.

There is a VERY significant puzzle party happening here in California on the 15th as well. Would have been really good to have these in hand to take along. I know there are many who would have liked to see these. With delivery times, I suspect that won't happen, and it's a missed opportunity for Revo.

Good luck with the fix!

Well on the bright side at least they found the issue before they shipped and would rather take the flak for holding them back rather than to have shipped them anyway.. and when the issues arose called it the cost of being in the first 20..

Wasn't that the point of the first 20? To QC?

So good on them for catching something in a new product.

Though I wouldn't mind having the shorter draw bar sent as well just for history and tracking sake :P I'm sure they wouldn't want it at HQ.
