R2 Cosmic Series - Available to buy

I have a question for anyone who's had conformation of their V2 number. I've email Joseph and pm-ed him to no avail with no response at all except to tell me that the revomini is up for sale. So, those of you who have numbers reserved did you get conformation through emailing Joseph?

If you mean R2, then yes, but it took me 48 hours plus and I was one of the first people to email him.
Conformation is sent through email.

Email is the way to go. Made my request on the 27th and got confirmation on the 28th.

well I sent my request via email 12:30 Wednesday and got a conformation email about half hour later so don't worry about not getting a reply yet the times will vary, but email is the best way to contact Joseph!

I would expect there to be a little delay at the moment. What with Good Friday and Bank Holiday Monday on the calendar. Despite the weather it's a chance for some to get a way on a short break too.

I requested serial number 11 for my R2 on March 27th but have heard nothing back yet.
Just noticed that bluesign2k has also had serial number 11 in the past, however fortunately
for me he says that he doesn't care about serial numbers anymore. (quietly chuckling)

Ah. I generally don't ask Chris & co to reserve #11 these days, it just happens I think Chris assumes that's what I'll always ask for, and I assume that he's assumed that... which he always has When I called him on Thursday he said my set was already reserved for me. I emailed later that day to confirm my assumption that it was #11, but I considered it only to be a formality. Interestingly, if you take into account the SEs and LEs there are very few complete sets and I consider myself to be extremely lucky to have such a set

FWIW, I don't think I said that I didn't care about serial number anymore, in fact I'm quite the opposite
I admit though that I did recommend that future puzzles maybe shouldn't be serialised as it has caused problems in the past with repeated serials, replacement puzzles with serials that break sets and more than one person wanting a particular serial (I know that Ali was also quite keen to have #11s as it happens ) I suspect that the voyager sets were considered a good compromise for those who like things serialised

yep I had to go the other route of getting 1111 on mine

I was lucky enough to get a puzzle from Jack Krijnen last week called elevenses which is a cool burr.

People just love matching serial numbers and the R2's will be no different
