Nice one Chris!

Leaving only three does bring it close to the end.
Good luck to those who remain!!!!!!

Great! there is hope yet for a close before Christmas!!

If my counting is correct, there are still 13 more draws before Christmas Day (Christmas Day will be the 14th draw). If there is an elimination of one person every two rounds, we should know the winner after the draw on Wed 20th November!

If this was any previous round, those left would each have a purple .....

Sure, the three people left in have 9, 12 and 15 numbers.

The Spread of numbers is as follows:

3 picks:
27

2 picks:
7, 15, 17, 31, 41, 43, 47

1 pick:
2, 3, 5, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 19, 22, 23, 24, 25, 29, 33, 37, 38, 39

0 picks:
1, 4, 6, 10, 16, 18, 20, 21, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 35, 36, 40, 42, 44, 45, 46, 48, 49

No. Everybody who's out stays out. If the three remaining all go out then then that draw is ignored and those three all go through to the following draw. This continues until there is just one person left.

What about #1? I'm assuming nobody has it.

Woops, well spotted. I've corrected the table.

For some bizzare reason I've tried to predict each of the final 3 contestants numbers.

The following criteria have to be satisfied.

1) each person has the right amount of numbers, ie. 9, 12, 15
2) 27 has to be included in each set of numbers.
3) The frequency that each number has been picked has to match the information that Chris has provided.
4) Each set of numbers must have at least one match in each round.
5) The numbers 5, 12 and 33 must be divided equally among the contestants.
6) The numbers 9, 14 and 22 must be divided equally among the contestants.

In addition I've tried to have an even spread of numbers in each set. Most numbers are separated by at least one unpicked number. I've also included a few consequtive numbers sequences too.

I couldn't distribute even and odd numbers very well. The occurrences of odd numbers (27) is much greater than even numbers (6).

I generally gave the 9 number set the best numbers, meaning the numbers that have been seen in more than one round.
Conversely, if a number hasn't been seen in any round, I assigned that number to the 15 number set. There were 5 blanks in the 15 number set, 1 blank in the 12 number set and no blanks in the 9 numbers set.

So here's my predictions.

9 number set: 3 - 5 - 14 - 15 - 19 - 27 - 29 - 31 - 47

12 number set: 7 - 9 - 11 - 15 - 17 - 23 - 25 - 27 - 31 - 33 - 41 - 43

15 number set: 2 - 7 - 8 - 12 - 13 - 17 - 22 - 24 - 27 - 37 - 38 - 39 - 41 - 43 - 47

I'll be shocked if any of these predictions end up being true.

Good luck to the final three on Saturday !!!

ObviousMan update -

It doesn't take a genius, just someone with an eye for the obvious, to realize that if today's numbers include any of the following numbers, 7, 15, 17, 27, 31, 41, 43, or 47 , that there'll be another round of the purple lottery.
