Quick heads up to you all.
If I don't win the purple this round.
You better be quick to buy it from the shop.
Fair warning.

Following last night's draw, 13 were eliminated and 47 remain...

ezamover - as far as I know there's one more set of lottery rounds for a single purple after this one.

Re: Purple Lottery 3 - Rounds 1 to 10
As the rules stand now, each round can result in 1, 2, or 3 winners. With 4 purples left the fewest number of rounds would be 2, this round and another. It is possible, but unlikely, that there could be as many as 4 rounds needed to award all the purples. This would happen if this round and all additional rounds have only one winner. Like I said unlikely.

Re: Purple Lottery 3 - Rounds 1 to 10
I think it was supposed to be somewhere between blue and green. closer to green. remember it was a competition puzzle that was supposed to be solved relatively quickly (couple of hours). then again the design may have changed now that the competition is out.
and I won the lottery yesterday.... I get the good parking spot all month

Re: Purple Lottery 3 - Rounds 1 to 10
My recollection is the same as Walther's. Originally it was to be solvable in a single sitting. It was never specified to be static or dynamic or something else.
At one point I asked Joseph about the purples difficulty and he said there would be no further info of any kind about the purple until the lottery was over and the puzzles were ready to be sent. The only info is on their website. The only thing I noticed was that the core was to be gold plated bronze. I'm not sure if the mention of bronze is true or a typo. Once it's plated how could you tell what the underlying metal is.
My guess is that it'll be a hard puzzle since the need to be solved quickly is no longer a concern. The last static puzzle was the Titanium and some were able to solve it pretty quickly.

Lotto numbers for the
3rd round of the 3rd Purple Lottery
3 - 5 - 9 - 13 - 15 - 17 - 37
A good day for odd numbers. Out of the 18 numbers seen so far only 37 and lucky 13 have been seen more than once.
