Four times I have had two numbers drawn.
9 times I have had only one number drawn.

And the question "How far have you gotten?" Can literally be interpreted as, "What is your next round to compete in." If you lose on that round, you stay there, otherwise you increment forward. To have it be "What rounds have you passed?", will always cause a fenceposting error with people not counting one round they participated in but lost on.

The fewest numbers needed to survive all 13 rounds is still 4.

The fewest numbers needed to match just one number 9 times and two numbers 4 times is 5 numbers, I think.

So, since registration is closed, does that mean that it is closed for the first lotto, or all the remaining lottos? Since a maximum of 3 people can win each lotto round set, there has to be at least 4 sets of rounds; Is the registration closed for the current one, or all of them? I hope that makes sense
