I have written a little review about a new/old (1983) puzzle that I got today.
It's "Blindlabyrint" designed by Lauri Kaira and produced in 1983
Read the whole thing here:

Thanks for the info, and so the hunt begins...
Edit:
Crap! Anyone got some spare change to spare? No?
Found out that an original M.G rolling pin went for $1500 in late 2007
Any ideas where to find some reproductions?

Holy Crap there is a whole puzzle subworld I didn't know about. Great review blog!! I will be in germany next year for a while and I think I may have to explore this seedy underworld of puzzling

I was in Eurorpe before for a few years but it was before i was bitten by a puzzle from the higher order of puzzling. (ok enough stupid vampire references) the coolest puzzle that I had been exposed to before SW and APL (aka chris) were blacksmith puzzle made by my great uncle that I haven't been able to track down after he passed. At least I think he made puzzle, but childhood memories have a life of there own.

Yep that was pretty much my words to when I found out about all these cool puzzles... I started collecting after I found the Danlock earlier this year, and after that it has been a evil spiral down... so many cool puzles...so little time and there is no way I can keep the current speed in collecting. It has done some serious damage to my wallet

But I figure that I would at least be able to get the money back on many of the limited items if I ever needed to sell them
It's geeky as hell

but who cares it's more fun then geeky
I like photography, whisky & puzzles... and finally found a way of combining all three of them
